Struggling with weight gain, sugar cravings, brain fog, or poor sleep?

If you’re peri- or post-menopause, your body may be changing in ways that feel confusing, frustrating, and exhausting.

You’ve probably tried to manage on your own. Maybe even tried medication. And when it didn’t help, you just kept going.

You don’t have to keep powering through.

Does this sound familiar?

You might be experiencing:

  • Heavy or painful periods
  • Hot flushes or night sweats
  • Broken or unrefreshing sleep
  • Brain fog or poor concentration
  • Mood swings or feeling emotionally flat
  • Energy crashes and strong sugar cravings
  • Weight gain despite eating “well”

There is another way to support your health

This isn’t about willpower or “trying harder”.

With the right understanding and support, you can work with your body, not against it, using small, achievable changes that fit into real life.

This approach helps you:

  • Understand why your symptoms are happening
  • Reduce sugar cravings and energy slumps
  • Feel calmer and more balanced
  • Build habits you can rely on long-term

A holistic, real-life approach to menopause health

I’m Rachel, a naturopathic health coach specialising in supporting women aged 40+.

I take a relaxed, holistic approach that looks at the whole picture — stress, lifestyle, habits, and hormones — without rigid rules, strict diets, or overwhelm.

My role is to guide and support you, so you gain the tools and confidence to manage your own health going forward.

This is supportive, practical, and designed around your life.

I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years, but often felt there wasn’t the time or space within conventional healthcare to support all aspects of a person’s life.

At the age of 51, I chose to focus on a more natural, holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, gaining a Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching, and I’m a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).

I’m also on my own health journey — learning how to nourish my body, manage stress, and maintain energy at this stage of life. I truly understand these challenges, both professionally and personally.

I’ve been working with Rachel for around three months, and the impact has been significant. Living with lactose intolerance has always been a challenge and has affected my lifestyle more than I realised.

Rachel’s nursing background and deep knowledge of nutrition have helped me better understand how different foods affect my body — including some I previously thought were healthy but weren’t right for me.

After just a couple of months, I’ve already noticed a real improvement in my inflammation. With her ongoing guidance, I feel confident continuing this journey and building on the positive changes we’ve started.

Who I work with

This programme is for women aged 40 and above who want to:

  • Improve their health, energy, and wellbeing
  • Feel more in control of their changing bodies
  • Understand what’s happening hormonally
  • Create sustainable habits without pressure
  • You don’t need a diagnosis.
  • You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong.

If you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, that’s enough to begin.

How the programme works

All sessions take place in the comfort of your own home and are designed to fit around a busy lifestyle.

A 12-week support programme costs £245.00

  • Free 10-minute discovery call
  • 1 hour initial session
  • 5 x 30-minute sessions

We explore your health history, current symptoms, and what’s troubling you most. Together, we start to understand why you feel the way you do.

We focus on achievable goals, review what’s working, and gently adjust what isn’t — without overwhelm.

This is about steady progress, not perfection.

I highly recommend Rachel for her insightful and supportive approach to health and wellbeing. With her strong nursing background, she has a deep understanding of the connection between nutrition and overall health, and she translates this into practical, easy-to-follow guidance.

What sets Rachel apart is her focus on small, achievable goals. Through regular coaching sessions, she has helped me make consistent improvements that have had a lasting impact on my lifestyle. I’ve been able to take up activities I never thought I would, simply by building progress step by step.

While weight loss has been a natural by-product, the real value has been in developing a sustainable mindset and the motivation to keep moving forward. Rachel’s personalised, professional support has been invaluable, and I look forward to continuing this journey with her.

Got a question?

Is this right for peri- or post-menopause?

Both. I work with women 40+ who are peri- or post-menopause and experiencing changes in energy, mood, weight, sleep, or hormones.

I’m very busy — will this take a lot of time?

No. Sessions are short, spaced out, and designed to fit around real life. There’s no overwhelm or pressure to do everything at once.

Will you give me meal plans or supplements?

No. I don’t prescribe meal plans or supplements. Instead, I help you understand how food, stress, and habits affect your energy and hormones so you can make informed choices.

I don’t really know what’s wrong — is that okay?

Absolutely. “I just don’t feel like myself” is a very common starting point. We’ll gently figure things out together.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. Health coaching complements, but does not replace, medical care. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions.

You don’t have to do this alone

If you’re ready to take a kinder, more effective approach to your health, one that fits your life and gives you tools for the future, I’d love to hear from you.
